action adventure/comedy..... could have been like action fps/horror?
Uncharted : is about a man uncovering the lost treasures of 1596 sir francis drake.
Bioshock : is about a man who discovers a city that thrives under the sea.
(the story on both is not exactly the whole game, i'm just talking about the base line story for both.)
just to get one piece of software to work on two distinctively different hardware configs will be the bane of any developer's existence. they will esentially have to work from the ground up TWICE. and many of the initital bugs and glitches from the first build might take longer to get fixed on the second build. many of them may reappear. it's a really fun game. so far i'm not even questioning the frame rate. it looks and feels awesome. though the controls mite take you some time to get the hang of it, some 360 players are use to FPS controls, your going to have to let go of that when playing this game.
and from time to time the fun is on and off, running through villages is really fun until you screw up and have ten guards on your A$$, it some times has little hiccups hear and there, however a grate deal of the time the frame rate is very fast and smooth making every seen look very intense.
i have not beaten this game yet, i'm taking my time and i hope no one rushes through this game if they get it, the game is medieval mixed with a modern feel to it.....so far my verdict on ...
does having this incredible arsenal of hardware power just mean that developers can now create content on level with Hollywood blockbuster movies? Than why not save the money time (and eventual heartbreak) and just stick with movies?
When is the line between movie and game discernable? Why have games taken the "play" out, and replaced it with "watch"? I'm all for cinematic experience but when I want to watch a movie, I'll rent one, buy one, or see one at a theatre. And I'm not into paying 60 bucks for what may amount to a polygonal movie, decorated in great special effects, but will always lack the feel of movies. and no it seems to be running really smooth, Game spot is badly miss judging the 360 version.
in this circumstance IGN looks like their telling the truth.( as far as frame rate is concern, the game does indeed deserve 9/10 or at least 8.9/10).

I just beat the game and it's really amazing. i have the 360 version and so far i hear it being praised allot over the ps3 version ( i don't know why really) i talked to my friends who have the ps3 version and they said their completely fine with it.
(i probably never compared the two next to each other)
people who do that probably wont get allot of sleep and thats just not right.
